Some services provide millions upon millions of songs to their customers. Make sure that the site you choose is big enough so that you have a wide enough selection of music available.

5. How many different types of music is available on the site?

Make sure that the site you choose has a wide variety of Genre’s available so that you can choose from more than just one type of music. No one listens only to a certain type of music, so make sure you can get everything you want.

6. What’s the after sales support like?

Some times this is where is can go wrong. Some sites make it sound wonderful when you join, only to discover afterwards that they have really bad service. Fortunately these are the minority, and most of the sites out there are pretty good with their support.

There are the issues you want to consider before you begin buying music online. It can save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
